Lettuce Wraps


  • 2 lbs ground meat (I use turkey)
  • 1 diced onion
  • Chopped Garlic (to taste)
  • ½ cup Pico de Gallo
  • Za’atar Seasoning or Italian Seasoning (to taste)
  • Green Leaf or Romaine Lettuce


  1. Brown ground meat, onions, and garlic until fully cooked.
  2. Mix in Pico de Gallo & Seasoning
  3. Serve in Lettuce Shells
