Taste & See (Advent 4 – Carrot Souffle’)

Carrot Soufflé

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Boil carrots until soft.
  2. Melt Butter in microwave by heating in 15-20 second increments.
  3. Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
  4. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean).
