
Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Boil carrots until soft.
- Melt Butter in microwave by heating in 15-20 second increments.
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean).
